Troopers Arrest Plattsburg Man on Driving Trio in Jackson County Sunday

Troopers report the arrest of a Plattsburg man Sunday in Jackson County on three driving charges, including one felony.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 27-year-old Andrew F. Sounders around 3:21 Sunday morning on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender, excessive speed, and a lane violation.
Authorities booked Sounders into the Independence Police Department, where he was later released.
