Troopers Arrest Richmond Woman on Felony Driving Charge Monday in Ray County

Troopers report the arrest of a Richmond woman on two driving charges, including one felony, Monday evening in Ray County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 37-year-old Rachel R. Jarman around 7:26 Monday night on preliminary charges of felony driving while revoked and speeding.
Authorities booked Jarman into the Ray County Jail on a 24-hour hold.
