Troopers Arrest Union Star Man on Driving Pair Sunday

Troopers report the arrest of a Union Star man early Sunday morning in DeKalb County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the arrest of 37-year-old Michael W. Smith on preliminary charges of felony driving while intoxicated and failure to signal.
Authorities booked Smith into the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
