Truck Load Overturns in Atchison County Tuesday

A semi’s load overturned in Atchison County Tuesday morning.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 70-year-old Dennis G. Dodd of Belton, Missouri was driving a Peterbilt south on Route T, seven miles north of Watson.
At 10:45 am at County Road 110, the vehicle’s passenger-side tires traveled off the west side of Route T. The towed unit overturned onto its passenger side with the vehicle coming to a stop on its wheels, blocking the lane.
Dodd suffered a minor injury and was taken by private vehicle to George C. Grape Community Hospital in Hamburg, IA.
