Two Minors Injured in DeKalb County Crash

DEKALB COUNTY, MO – Two minors were injured in a crash Monday evening in DeKalb County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident took place around 8:47 pm as a 17-year old male from Union Star was westbound on Missouri Route 6, seven miles west of Maysville. The vehicle ran off the roadway to avoid a deer and then struck a fence.

The driver and a 14-year old male passenger, also from Union Star, were transported to Mosaic Life Care with moderate injuries.
