Vehicle Goes Airborne in Ray County

A man was seriously injured after his vehicle went airborne in Ray County.

A report from the Missouri Highway Patrol says 37-year-old Justin D. Gibbs was not wearing a seat belt while driving on MO-210 Highway west of Union Road.

At 11:19 pm Thursday, the vehicle traveled off the left side of the road, striking an embankment, going airborne, and overturning.

Gibbs was taken to St. Lukes by Life Flight Eagle with serious injuries.
