Warrant Served in Ohio For Man Facing Two Sex Crime Charges in Ray County Court

A man faces two sex crime charges in Ray County Court.

Court documents say Juan-David Gutierrez faces two felony charges of first-degree sodomy or attempted sodomy and second-degree sodomy.

Records list both charges from August 2019.

The court set Gutierrez’s bond at 25 hundred dollars cash or licensed surety with special conditions.

Authorities report serving Gutierrez’s warrant in Toledo, Ohio, on Wednesday.

Gutierrez is awaiting extradition, and future court dates are pending.
