A Lathrop man was arrested on a warrant for statutory rape.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the arrest at 5:44 pm Monday in Clinton County. The warrant from Clay County was for 21-year-old Tristan M. Robinson.
He was taken to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department where he is being held without bond.
Court documents charge Robinson of felony second-degree statutory rape and lists his current address as in Kearney. He had been set with bond conditions on September 13 of $5000 with no contact directly or indirectly with the alleged victim or any person under the age of 18.
