Westboro Woman Suffers Minor Injuries in Saturday Crash in Atchison County

A Westboro woman suffered injuries in a Saturday evening crash in Atchison County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred around 6:05 Saturday night on Route C, west of Q Avenue, as a vehicle driven by 43-year-old Angela A. Orozco headed westbound.

Troopers say Orozco went off the south side of the road, overcorrected, returned to the road, traveled off the north side, struck an embankment, and came to a rest.

Orozco suffered minor injuries and reportedly refused treatment on the scene.

Authorities say Orozco did wear a seat belt at the time of the crash.
