Wright Returning Starting QB For First Time as NWMSU Head Coach

Northwest Missouri State’s football team will begin their preseason camp for the first time under head coach Rich Wright with a returning starting quarterback returning from the previous season. Quarterback Braden Wright was named as the MIAA Freshman of the Year after throwing for nearly 2,600 yards and 24 TDs last season. Head Coach Rich Wright.

Northwest Missouri State is the favorite in the media poll to win the 2019 MIAA Football Championship. Northwest tied for Fort Hays State for the 2018 MIAA Championship.
