Alvina Marie Craig

Alvina Marie Craig, 64, Lineville, IA passed away Saturday, November 25, 2023 at a Corydon, IA nursing home.

She was born May 31, 1959 in Iowa City, Iowa the daughter of Harold Raymond “Cotton” and Viola May (Rhodes) Craig.

Marie graduated in 1979 from Lineville High School.  She was a member of the Lineville Baptist Church in Lineville, IA.  Marie enjoyed diamond painting, playing bingo and was talented in doing crafts.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister Collen Craig and nephew, Clifford Vandell.

Survivors include her sons, James Raymond (Brenda) Koob, Sedalia, MO and Christopher Roy Koob, Phoenix, AZ; 3 grandchildren, J.T., Brielle and Levi Koob; and her sister, Vickie (Ron) Vandell, Mercer, MO

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Lineville Baptist Church, Lineville, IA under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Princeton, MO.  Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery, Lineville, IA.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the church.  Memorials may be made to the Lineville Baptist Church in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O.
