Funeral services for 81-year-old Betty Ann Carter of Rushville 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 22, 2019 at Rupp Funeral Home, Pastor David Jordan and Shawn Wheeler officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the Westlawn Cemetery.
