Clarnell B. (Nelson) Morriss, 95, Kansas City, died Monday, Oct. 16, 2023.
Clarnell was born Feb. 23, 1928, to Clarence R. Nelson and Salena Torrance Nelson, in Guilford, Missouri.
She married Virgil R. Morriss in December 1947. He preceded her in death in September 1993.
Services for Mrs. Morriss will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023, at Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel, Savannah. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral chapel prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Graves Cemetery, Guilford.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations to Guilford Community of Christ Church or the donor’s choice.
