David W. McDowell

David graduated from East Buchanan High School in 1983.

He retired from the Air National Guard Reserves after nine years following a dirt bike accident. David then went to work for Easton Machine Works and Easton Bar through various owners. A lot of people knew him as “One Arm Dave”.

He was an avid bowler and pool player. loved garden tractor pulling, riding dirt bikes, golfing, fishing, and playing cards at the Easton Bar. He also enjoyed working on and repairing small engines. David loved the New York Giants and was a St. Louis Cardinals fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include sisters, Ronda Mann (Roger), Jennifer O’Brien (Terry), and Sally McDowell; nieces, Abbi (Danny), and Rachel (Derek); nephews, Jesse, Joshua (Melanie), Shannon, James, Everett (Kierstin), and William (Haylee); several great-nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
