Marian C. Lee

Marian C. Lee, 85, Stanberry, MO passed away Thursday, December 7, 2023, at Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph, MO.

Marian was born on November 25, 1938, to Cleo and Ida May (Fulton) Hopkins in Darlington, MO. She grew up near Albany.

On August 29, 1976, she was united in marriage to Dewayne Lee. After their marriage, they lived in Kansas City where they made their home. Marian was a member of Nashua Baptist Church. She retired from the St. Luke’s Hospital System.

She enjoyed bowling and reading and was an avid Kansas City Chiefs and Royals fan. She and her husband, Dewayne, were active in the neighborhood association.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dewayne and her parents.

Marian is survived by her children, Terri (Tip) Spencer, Robert (Sharon) Myers, Kelly (Rhonda) Myers, Tammy (Joe) Cantu, Connie Kinney, and Chris Lee as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Myrna Weese; brother, Lary (Sue) Hopkins and brother, Sterling (Chan) Hopkins.

Marian has been cremated under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Stanberry, MO.
