Cameron, MO- Terry Dean Pingleton, 68, of Cameron, passed away January 27, 2023, at his home. Terry was born June 20, 1954, to Elmer and Helen (Johnson) Pingleton in Kansas City, Mo.
Terry was a veteran of the United State Army. He worked as a corrections officer for Crossroads Correctional Center in Cameron, until retiring. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and woodworking.
He married Lorie Ann House on July 4, 1987, in Thayer, Missouri.
Terry was a beloved member of the Shilo Baptist of Polo and loved being involved in building the church.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Lorie, of the home; children, Tracey (Dino) Towne, Lathrop, Tiffiney Houghin (Shawn), Hamilton, MO, Travis Pingleton (Kelly), Hamilton, MO; grandchildren, Darius Towne, Ashley (Blake) Senciboy, Dakota (Baylen) Houchin, Riley Houchin, Evie Pingleton, Amelia Pingleton, Tyson Pingleton; great-granddaughter, Ella Senciboy; 2 sisters, Debbie Gross (Terry), Olathe, KS, Robin Enke (Mark), Gardner, KS; brother, Tim Pingleton, Independence, MO.
Services will be 11:00 AM Friday, February 3, 2023, at Shilo Baptist Church, Polo, MO. Visitation 10:00 – 11:00 AM before the service. Burial, Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Maysville, MO.
