Valorie Kay Bussard

Valorie Kay Bussard, 69, Pattonsburg, MO passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at a Cameron, MO hospital.

She was born on November 17, 1953, in Braymer, Missouri the daughter of Kenneth and Verla (Hibner) Wormsley.

On November 5, 1997, she married James Bussard in Liberty, Missouri. He survives of the home.

Valorie graduated from Braymer High School in 1971 and she owned and operated Kay’s Creations. She enjoyed ceramics, crafts, and scrapbooking, but her true joy was spending time with her grandchildren and her Scottish terriers.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Roger Wormsley.

In addition to her husband, Valorie is survived by her sons, Kenneth (DeAnna) Dinwiddie, Pattonsburg, MO, Kevin (Tina) Dinwiddie, Excelsior Springs, MO, Chris (Michele) Bussard, Oak Grove, MO, and Justin (Desirae) Bussard, Grain Valley, MO; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Vanessa (Tom) Brandom, Liberty, MO and a brother, Robert Wormsley, Polo, MO.

Valorie has been cremated under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Pattonsburg, MO.

Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 29 at Roberson Funeral Home, Pattonsburg, MO. Inurnment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Braymer, MO.
