Pet Of The Week – Annie

If you have been looking for a furry friend who will bring a smile to your face and warm fuzzies to your heart, then you need to look no further: Please meet Annie!

Annie, who we believe to be only about 6 months old, was brought to Green Hills Animal Shelter as a stray after being found wandering alone; cold, hungry, and very much in need of being rescued. But this gorgeous little house panther didn’t let her auspicious start get her down and she instantly settled into life at the shelter where she immediately began charming staff and volunteers with her loving and happy personality.

Annie is one of the most endearing kittens you could ever hope to meet! She is amazingly sweet and she is quite the snuggle bunny who loves to relax in your arms and purr as she is being held. Like all kittens, Annie is very playful and full of happy energy. She is always ready for a romp in the shelter’s kitty playroom where no toy is left behind in her happy antics. Annie’s medium-length fur is absolutely beautiful and as cute as she already is, she will only grow more strikingly beautiful as she grows up. Before being rescued we believe that Annie was injured on the street as her tail has been broken and is limp on the end, but Annie doesn’t seem to mind at all; it’s just another part of her charm!

If Annie could describe her purr-fect Forever Home she would ask for an indoor-only home (this smart girl is already litterbox trained!) where she would be safe and loved forever. She would very much enjoy playing games of chase-the-feather or bat-the-toy-mouse, after which she would love to curl up on a lap and cuddle with her family. Annie would very much enjoy having a feline friend in her Forever Home and she would also be amenable to sharing her home with gentle children or even a feline-friendly canine friend.

Annie will go to her Forever Home spayed, dewormed, FIV/FeLV tested, and up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations.  She is an amazing kitten who is full of love that she can’t wait to share with a family of her very own; could that family be yours?
