Pet of the Week – Chandra

  Do you know that Chandra is a lunar deity and is also one of the nine planets (Navagraha) in Hinduism? Well, neither did we. We just know that a cute cat by that name is this week’s Pet of the Week. Pet of the Week is sponsored by Farm n Friend Veterinary Services.

   Chandra (Log number: 500202) is a very fun and curious cat that is around one year old. At 6 pounds, she is a petite little cat that has been at the St. Joseph Animal Shelter for a few weeks, waiting for her forever home. She was brought in by the public as a stray, so she would likely be great as an indoor/outdoor cat. Chandra is very friendly, a bit of a busy body, always wanting to check out her surroundings.
