Pet Of The Week – Foxy & Tuesday
The phrase “Take two, they’re small” takes on a new level with this week’s pets of the week, Foxy and Tuesday! Foxy and Tuesday are a bonded pair of friends who are tiny in size, but huge when it comes to having hearts full of love!
Before coming to Green Hills Animal shelter, Foxy (a 7-year-old Pomeranian) and Tuesday (a 5-year-old Pomeranian/Papillon mix) had a home of their own where they were well cared for and very loved. But sometimes life causes us to have to make hard decisions. When Foxy and Tuesday’s owner found himself away a lot he knew that Foxy and Tuesday needed a home where they would have more time with their humans than he was able to provide, and he made the tough decision to try to help them find his precious pups a new home.
Foxy and Tuesday are friendly, affectionate girls who love people. They are very sweet and very loving, and they both love kisses. And, if you are looking for a pair of lap pups, Foxy and Tuesday fit the bill as they both love being held! These sweet girls are good with other dogs, cat friendly, and already house-trained. They are also very bonded, so they will need to go to their Forever Home together.
If Foxy and Tuesday could describe their perfect Forever Home they would ask for an indoor home with a family who would spend lots of time with them. They would love to be able to snuggle in their humans’ laps and soak up as much love and attention as possible every day. Foxy and Tuesday’s small size and loving personalities make them great companion animals, and they would be happy to accompany their Forever Family on doggie-friendly adventures such as going through the drive-thru for a pup cup now and then. Foxy and Tuesday would be quite content to share their home with another canine friend, or even a feline buddy.
Foxy and Tuesday will go to their Forever Home spayed, de-wormed, heartworm tested, and up to date on all vaccinations including rabies. They are a pair that will make your heart smile; could you make their dreams of a new Forever Home come true?
