Pet Of The Week – Grey

All pets are special, but once in a while, you meet a pet so very special that it makes your heart grow 10 sizes, and Grey is one of those pets!  Grey is a very handsome kitty who was recently relinquished to Green Hills Animal Shelter and who immediately became a favorite of shelter staff and volunteers for his loving, calm nature and his ability to make everyone feel like they are loved beyond measure.

Grey is a senior kitty who we believe to be about 10 years old, but don’t let his age worry you; Grey may be an old man, but he is still full of life and overflowing with love! Grey is a super sweet boy who loves a cozy bed and a warm lap. His favorite activity is snuggling and if you are looking for a kitty who wants nothing more than to curl up on your lap, bask in your love and make you feel like you are the most loved person on the face of the earth, Grey is the kitty for you!  Grey is all about napping and spends most of his day snoozing happily. He isn’t a fan of hard kibble, but he loves watered-down soft food or hard food soaked in water. He is a quiet, gentle couch potato who very much deserves to spend his senior years being spoiled and loved beyond measure.

If Grey could describe his purr-fect Forever Home he would tell us that he would like to be an indoor-only kitty in a home filled with cuddles and love. (This smart boy is already litterbox trained and quite fastidious in keeping a clean kennel).  He would very much like to have a soft bed and a warm lap to snuggle in, and in return he promises his complete devotion. Grey would prefer a household that is on the quieter side, but he would be purr-fectly happy to share that home with another kitty or older, gentle children.

Grey will go to his Forever Home neutered, dewormed, FIV/FeLV tested, and up to date on all vaccinations including rabies. He is one of the most charming gentlemen you could ever hope to meet; could you find a place in your heart and home for this very special senior?
