Harrison County Jury Trial Cancelled

BETHANY, MO – A jury trial will not take place next Monday in Harrison County. Dustin Fortner had been scheduled for trial on allegations of child molestation of a child less than 14 years old; sexual misconduct involving a child less than 15 years old; and child abuse.
Fortner was originally charged in 2020 and was set for trial in May, 2022. That case was dismissed when Fortner was indicted by a state grand jury in April 2022.
According to court officials the case against Fortner has been dismissed.
